I am Kailash Gyawali prefer to be called as Klash, winner of 3rd Annual WWW Editor's Choice 2005, was born on early 1980s , in Bhairahawa, Nepal. I been passionate about art work and drawing since my early age. My areas of work include: illustrations, CD covers, posters, flyers, desktop publishing, graphics designing and website designing as well.

I am highly inspired by German designer and illustrator Martin Tazl , Dirk Behlau and also love Yasemin Avci's work. Also, my family and friends are the source of my inspiration.

The concept behind klash-design.com is to expose my creativity and creation to whole world. As I am fascinated by designing, music, illustrations etc., I believe that my work itself will reflect it's meaning and don't need the detailed description. In other words, this site is all about my designs, personal works and my projects.

Besides these designing stuffs, I prefer watching movies in my leisure time. 8 MM, Romeo and Juliet, Cast Away, Ice Age, Desperado, The Pirates of Caribbean: Cruise of the Black Pearl, The Matrix, The Blair Witch Project, Charlie's Angels, The Beach, The Day After Tomorrow, The Terminal are some of my personal favorites. I love to watch Nicolas Cage, Johnny Deep, Cameron Diaz, Angelina Jolie, Robert DeNiro, Leonardo Decaprio, Tom Hanks performing in the screen. Listening to alternative and rock music is also one of my favorite pass-time.

My future plan is to launch 2nd volume of my creative lifestyle e-magazine called iam {xpress urself} (on which I'm working too) that will contain more designs, illustrations and articles regarding designing from big and renowned designers from all around the world. There will be subsequent updates of this site too.
